5Ls Wellness Workshop

 

Description:

The participants will receive an interactive 1.5-hour live in-person Wellness Workshop that will give them a high-level understanding of “The 5Ls – The Gift of a Balanced Life”, the tools it provides and the need for the proper life balance. 

 

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this experience, participants will:

  • Have a high-level understanding of the 5Ls

  • Receive a unique, thought-provoking, and impactful experience for total well-being

  • Be able to identify which “L” or “Ls” they need to focus on to achieve proper life balance

  • Receive examples of effective methods to deal with stress, crisis and burnout to find true work-life balance

  • Gain an understanding of how to use our online 5Ls Self-Assessment

  • Obtain exposure to real tools they can use immediately to find true life balance

SWOT Workshop

Description:
The participants will receive a highly interactive unique 4-hour half-day live in-person SWOT workshop. This SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) training is designed to take your team through this very effective strategic planning tool.  Your team will be guided through this analysis framework to evaluate your company's competitive position and to develop an impactful Strategic Action Plan with owners and deadlines. This experience will have three instructor led components. First, complete an in-depth SWOT analysis. Second, participate in a brainstorming session to establish tangible actions. Third, lay out a Strategic Action Plan with designated owners and deadlines to ensure execution and success.

Outcomes:
By the end of this experience, participants will:

  • Work in an energizing dynamic teamwork building environment to objectively lay out your organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

  •  Participate in true brainstorming session to develop an action plan with assigned owners and target dates to eliminate the weakness and threats to your organization and improve upon your strengths to execute on opportunities

  • Walk away with an effective Strategic Action Plan for your company’s success driving the overarching mindset of your organizations ultimate success
