Ongoing Leadership and Change Management Coaching (Middle Management) 

Description:
Ongoing company-wide support of your team’s leadership and change management skillset is critical to your organization’s success in implementing sustainable change. It is critical to your team as well as the overall organization. This support will enhance your team’s ability to effectively perform and increase their leadership, communication, problem resolution and employee engagement capabilities. This will drive company morale and the retention of your team members. Utilizing over 70+ years of global executive leadership experience, we will support your management team on a consistent basis. 

We can provide monthly one-on-one or group coaching to be scheduled at your guidance. We can also provide additional sessions on an as-needed basis.

Learning Outcomes:
During these coaching sessions, participants will:

  • Receive ongoing development on leadership abilities

  • Obtain ongoing help with change management and culture development

  • Receive support for identifying and addressing leadership problem situations

Executive Leadership Culture Change Consulting

Description:
To ensure your culture change is successful and sustainable, we can provide culture change consulting. Utilizing our seven decades of executive leadership experience, building global companies and implementing sustainable effective culture change, we will support your executive leadership team (ELT) on an ongoing basis.

 

We will:

  • Act as your subject matter expert to implement sustainable change and monitor its progress 

  • Come onsite to analyze and assess the current culture to make objective recommendations

  • Attend ELT meetings to provide updates and recommendations

  • Assess and offer guidance on progress of culture change 

  • One-on-one meetings as needed 

  • Be on call for advice and counsel on urgent situations
