Unparalleled Performance LLC Cancelation Policy

If the 5Ls Webinar, Seminar, Keynote, or single event Training engagement (Event) is rescheduled, the rescheduled date would be subject to Unparalleled Performance’s (the Company) availability. If the Event is canceled at the request of the Company and is unable to be rescheduled, all monies paid by the client will be refunded in full. If the Event is canceled by client within 30 days of the scheduled presentation, the total project fee including travel expenses will be paid in full by the client to the Company. If a prescheduled multiple event (ongoing 5Ls engagements) is canceled by the client within 16 calendar days of the scheduled event, the total project fee including travel expenses will be paid in full by the client to the Company.
